AIM: To enable young Black students to improve their academic performance and ability to reach their potential in the school environment.
METHODOLOGY: Through the appointment of learning mentors working with individual targeted pupils and focussing specifically on subject areas through class work, course work, homework, projects, modules and assignments (depending upon age of pupil).
