MAPS: Measuring Ability, Attitude and Personal Styles

MAPS is a Cheltenham based company that provides a powerful framework for assessing, motivating and moving people forward. It offers training on the basis that everyone has potential but barriers prevent them from performing to their capacity.

Normally, to receive training would be beyond our financial means, but, because our work within Fishpol is valued, we have agreed to provide the Company with examples of positive outcome and feedback regarding implementation of the programme. In return, MAPS are offering a bursary to any suitable Fishpool student.

Thanks to Bill Davies of MAPS for this opportunity for a working partnership between Fishpool and MAPS.
