Fellows from Overseas
This year we were invited to talk about our work to six Commonwealth Fellows from Zimbabwe, The Gambia, South Africa, Tonga, Namibia and Jamaica. They were all staying in the UK and were keen to learn about the English and Scottish Educational system. Through LECT they had been allocated schools. These visitors brought with them a wealth of experience and expertise and were very interested in the work we do through Fishpool, the Black Forum and READS. They had little in their own countries to compare with and were eager to know and understand why and how we do the work we do.
