Ethnic Minority AchievementPitman ESOL and First Language ExaminationsOnce again we have had many pupils with different languages achieving outstanding GCSE grades around the county. Pride of place this year must go to the many Polish students who have got excellent grades including A stars and As. Our thanks go to Kate Taylor for her magnificent work supporting and conducting the oral exams. Students have also achieved high grades in Chinese, Bengali, and Gujarati, and two students at St Peters achieved C grades in A/S and A Level Urdu. Pupils from Beaufort, Rednock and Deer Park joined students at St Peter's to sit Pitman ESOL exams in the spring and summer terms. We had 100% success rate for entries at a range of levels from beginner to advanced!
