A Unique Multi Cultural Event

The Gloucestershire Resource Centre (01452 504442 - email grc@resourceful.com)
is pleased to bring you a spectacular day aimed at education professionals,
play, childcare and youth workers, local authorities, community artists,
in fact anyone who has an interest in raising appreciation of cultural
difference and challenging discrimination.

(one of many Swahili words for “unique”) - will bring the
best multi cultural suppliers and training agencies from all over the
country to Gloucestershire for the first time alongside local organisations
and businesses.
The day will provide invaluable opportunities
to access:
· Practical resources and information that support
play, youth and educational work.
· Workshops that support creative approaches to
multi cultural education
· Discussion groups that provide a platform to
debate issues of inclusion and citizenship.
All accompanied by delicious refreshments, performances
and exhibitions by local groups throughout the day.
COST
£2.50 entrance fee for the day.
Workshop places are individually priced and in addition to the entrance
fee.

ACCESS
City Works is accessible for people with a disability.
PARKING
A free Park & Ride scheme will operate throughout the day with a constant
minibus link taking a maximum of 10 minutes to and from City Works. Details
on our website.
