Despite being a relative newcomer to the scene, the Prague International Folklore Festival (listen to Czech folk song) is one of the most popular and the performing ensembles are some of the most colourful in the country. The main stage at the Ovocný trh attracts passing tourists as well as Prague locals, and the festival with its handcrafts and culinary specialities is an unexpected delight. Included are some pictures of performers at the festival and some other images of Czech traditions etc. Enjoy !
