Colour Blind Video and Training Pack: This training module addresses issues of what it means to be British in the 21st Century.

It was commissioned and produced by the CYPU in response to racial tension caused by the Oldham riots.

Age range 12-16 - linked to Citizenship Curriculum at KS3/4

The unit explores 3 themes:
• Identity and what it means to be British
• Citizenship
• Racism

This pack is a useful addition to resources for teaching citizenship especially for all or mainly white schools, as the video gives views from different cultural and religious backgrounds through the voices of young British people.
